You are very welcome to phone for reassurance at anytime. We are very happy to give you a ‘fly on the wall’ account of what your child is up to!
Sometimes a child will cry when you are leaving them, please be assured that this will probably upset you for far longer than your child, they are usually playing happily within ten minutes of you leaving or even by the time you reach the nursery gate!
The most difficult thing a parent will ever have to do is to entrust their child with another adult. At Playhouse we encourage prior visits to our nursery before a place is taken up permanently. This will give your child time to get used to us and for us to learn about them. It will also give you peace of mind when you leave them for their first full session.
